The documentation package for the SK-400 line: seven documents approved by Tanel Kask, each with PDF and Word export, and all checks passed with 412 of 412 values traced.

Maintenance manual page 32, section 6.3 Replacing the drive coupling, with 45 Nm highlighted. The trace panel shows it came from drawing SK400-GB-012 rev D in SolidWorks PDM, BOM line 14 in Monitor ERP and the supplier datasheet in SharePoint, checked against Regulation (EU) 2023/1230, EN ISO 20607, IEC/IEEE 82079-1 and EN ISO 7010; 412 of 412 values traced.

Change detected: motor M-12 went from rev C to rev D in SolidWorks PDM, power 4.0 kW to 5.5 kW and weight 38 kg to 44 kg. 20 documents affected: the operating manual, spare parts list and risk assessment are updated; the maintenance manual needs a new motor datasheet, with a button to request it from the supplier.

What does Paradocs need from us?

The files you already keep for a machine: drawings, the BOM, CAD or 3D models and supplier datasheets. Connect the systems they live in, or upload them.

What happens when a value is missing?

It is flagged in the document, with the page it is needed on, so your engineer can supply it. Paradocs does not make up part numbers, torques or standards.

Who is responsible for the documents?

Your company. Paradocs drafts and checks, a named engineer reviews and signs, and the manufacturer declares conformity. Paradocs does not certify products.

Which formats does it export?

PDF and Word, in each of the languages you deliver documents in.

Where is our data stored?

In EU data storage, or on your own server. Connections to your systems are read-only.

Can we see real output first?
